On October 30th, IFFD joined the Group of Friends of UN-Habitat, Sustainable Urbanization and Sustainable Cities in New York, on the eve of World Cities Day 2026. The observance included the presentation of the Annual Monitoring Report of the Urban Families Project.
The presentation provided an opportunity to share the project’s monitoring work in an international forum dedicated to sustainable urbanization. IFFD’s participation brought a family perspective to the occasion, highlighting the importance of considering families in discussions about the future of cities.
