IFFD has launched a new innovation team to provide the ‘Families without Barriers’ project with a better program and promotional tools. Project coordinators in Barcelona and Madrid have initiated an innovation itinerary to get to know the user better and thus better adapt the program to their needs.

The process that will be carried out with the team consists of 6 stages. In the first stage, we will delve into the tools, materials and readings necessary to participate in the itinerary. Secondly, an analysis of materials and a definition of the users will be made. For the third stage, trend research and a series of interviews with users will be carried out. After a rigorous analysis of the data extracted, the team will make a program proposal. If the proposal is accepted, the content of the programs will be developed. Finally, to complete this major process and ensure that the content is well received and useful, a test will be conducted, feedback will be solicited and, if necessary, adjustments will be made. The ultimate goal is to create a program that responds to the family concerns and needs of each group.

The objective of the ‘Families without Barriers’ program is to create spaces without social or cultural barriers for parents of all walks of life to share their concerns about their children and family project.
